Columbia, SC – Setcom Media, publisher of the Charleston Business Journal and SCBIZ, is once again partnering with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, the South Carolina Society of Human Resource Management, and SC to promote the second annual statewide competition of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina.
